Download Stentor.
Voiceovers in your own voice, made on your own computer. Free during the beta, no card needed.
Free during the beta · Version 0.1.3
Is it really free?
Yes, while Stentor is in beta: every feature, no card, no account, nothing to sign up for. Just open it. When Stentor goes on sale, it will be a one-time licence, not a subscription. You'll get 14 days free in that version first, and everyone who used the beta gets a founder price.
Which systems does it run on?
macOS 13 or later, on Apple silicon (M1 or newer).
Is it safe to open?
Yes. Stentor is signed and notarised by Apple. The first time, your computer asks whether to open an app from the internet: choose Open.
What happens the first time I open it?
A short welcome: pick how you want to voice, start the model download, record about a minute of your voice while it downloads, and voice your first script.
A model download stopped. What now?
Check your connection and choose Try again: what is already downloaded is kept.
How do I update Stentor?
Stentor tells you when a new version is out and can install it for you. Your scripts, voices and settings stay: they are kept outside the app.
